  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
